Pillar 5
The Ivorian at the heart of a united Ivory Coast
The fifth and central pillar is Man. The Ivorian at the heart of Côte d’Ivoire Solidaire.
Indeed, people are not only the ultimate goal, but also the means to achieve our ambition. The aim is to make every Ivorian, whatever his or her origins and social conditions, a fulfilled player in development, contributing through his or her work to the creation of wealth and the development of our beautiful country. This presupposes that Ivorians are in good health, have a good education and benefit from training that meets the needs of the labour market. Every citizen must be imbued with national values and their skills must be valued in society. No Ivorian should be forgotten.
